Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Security to join our team. The successful candidate will lead our fast-growing Security business, grow our revenue across existing and new clients, and manage our team of Contract Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership : Provide strong leadership to both our operatives and Contracts Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement with all departments, specifically our Labour/Trades and Logistics Team.
Revenue / Gross Profit

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand security services within our existing client base, as well as new clients.
Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement security strategies that align with business goals and support operational efficiency. Create an annual budget and forecast, and report monthly to the leadership team on performance.
Operational Oversight:

Ensure

robust security measures are maintained across all sites and that our health, safety and compliance standards are met at all times.
Supply Chain Management:

Oversee the procurement and management of security-related supplies and equipment and ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in senior operational / sales role in the Security sector.
Track record of expanding revenue within existing clients and winning new clients.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing a large workforce.
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing costs.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in provision of Waking Watch services.
Familiarity with the ACS approval process.
SIA accredited.
