The impact you’ll have:

Reporting to the Director of Organic Marketing, the Head of SEO is a critical subject matter & people management role. You will lead the strategy & provide operational support in innovating and growing a best in class SEO function for loveholidays.

Your day-to-day:

• Develop and own the company's comprehensive SEO strategy, incorporating the latest trends and algorithms to enhance organic search rankings and overall digital presence
  
  
• Manage relationships with key external stakeholders and vendors, setting priorities and ensuring that partnerships deliver maximum value aligned with our SEO goals
  
  
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration to integrate SEO objectives with overall business strategies, working closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to optimise impact
  
  
• Drive the innovation of new SEO tools, analysis and processes, leveraging advanced analytics to refine strategies and achieve superior results in competitive analysis and market penetration
  
• Continuously driving efficiency through adopting AI and automation
  
  
• Represent the SEO team in senior management meetings, presenting trading progress, insights, and strategic recommendations to management to inform broader business decisions and resource allocation
  

Your skillset:

• Proven track record in leading and managing SEO teams to deliver ambitious strategic goals
  
  
• A proactive and professional ‘can-do’ attitude
  
  
• A proven track record of leading SEO projects with multiple internal stakeholders including developers, designers,product owners, data and insights & content teams
  
  
• Experience of proactively identifying and resolving complex SEO problems
  
  
• Expert Technical SEO knowledge
  
  
• Comfortable with analysing large data sets and able to execute SQL queries
  
  
• Ambition to deliver big impact in a growing business
  
  
• A hands-on style, with the ability to operate at multiple levels
  
  
• A strong understanding of the commercial, customer & technical KPIs that determine success in SEO
  

Not necessary but would be desirable to have:

• Experience of Scaling sites into new languages & markets
  
  
• Experience in delivering successful Content Marketing and Digital PR campaigns
  
  
• Knowledge of Python & Regex

1. Talent Acquisition Partner - 30 minute screening
2. Initial video callwith Director of Organic Marketing- 30 minutes
3. Panel interview with key stakeholders includingpresentation- 1 hour
4. Final stage interview with Exec - 45 minutes / 1 hour
