Are you an experienced Service leader from an engineering, industrial or manufacturing background looking to shape and develop a growing division within a rapidly expanding business?

This is a rare opportunity to join an expanding organisation at an exciting stage of its growth. The business is investing heavily in its service function, with a focus on improving performance, creating new revenue streams and building a scalable operation to support future growth.

Reporting directly to the COO, you'll lead the strategic direction of the Service function, taking ownership of operational performance, commercial growth and the integration of acquired businesses. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the division while supporting the business through its next phase of growth.

As part of its continued growth, the company is now looking to appoint a Head of Service to lead the function, drive performance and support the integration of newly acquired businesses.

In this role, you will lead a multi-site service operation, driving performance, profitability and growth while developing strategic customer relationships and supporting the integration of acquired businesses.

The role would suit a Service leader with experience managing technical service teams within an engineering, industrial or manufacturing environment, driving operational improvements and delivering commercial results.

The Role:

Lead and develop the Service function
Drive operational and commercial performance
Grow recurring revenue and customer partnerships
Occasional customer visits across the UK
The Person:

Service, Operations or Aftermarket leadership experience
Background within engineering, industrial or manufacturing sectors
Strong commercial awareness
Full UK Driving Licence
Service Manager, General Manager, Engineering, Service Engineer, Industrial, Packaging, Manager
