Are you a senior residential manager with experience in strategic leadership and RI/Ops?

NonStop Care are working with Children's Residential Service that are seeking a full-time Head of Service/Responsible Individual in the West Midlands. You will lead 7 homes including EBD, LD & solo placements.

The ideal candidate will be compliant with Ofsted to become the Responsible Individual and will have in depth knowledge of residential regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership across the childcare residential services.
• Support and develop Registered Managers to deliver high standards of care and leadership.
• Undertake the role of Responsible Individual under Ofsted registration, ensuring compliance and governance.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Ofsted, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A valid driving licence
• Experience in senior leadership
• Eligible for RI post with Ofsted
