Head of SHEQ

Elevation Recruitment Group are partnered with a global manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a Head of HSEQ to lead Safety, Health, Environment & Quality activities across their UK and Asia operations in a career defining opportunity. This is a strategic, senior role responsible for developing and embedding best-in-class SHEQ standards and driving cultural change across diverse sites and teams.

• Lead all SHEQ operations across the UK & Asia region, acting as the senior point of contact for all matters of compliance, improvement, and strategy.
• Maintain and enhance our integrated management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and EN1090.
• Drive SHEQ culture transformation, ensuring high engagement and ownership across multi-site teams.
• Oversee internal and external audits, including compliance with global
• Ensure product and process certifications remain current
• Collaborate with international SHEQ teams to align global best practices and ensure standardisation.
• Lead and develop a regional SHEQ team, while influencing non-direct reports across various business functions.
• Implement site-specific safety and quality improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience in a SHEQ leadership role within manufacturing or construction environments.
• CMIOSH status and Diploma
• Lead auditor - ISO9001/14001/45001
• Strong knowledge of integrated management systems and industry standards.
• Skilled in auditing against ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
• Demonstrated success in cultural change, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with multi-site and cross-regional experience.
• Confident user of digital SHEQ tools and reporting platforms.
