Head of Ski Sales | Remote | Salary DOE £40,000-£50,000 + Commission

Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well‑established Tour Operator with an Educational Travel division, who are looking to hire a Head of Ski Sales to join their team.

The Role

As the Head of Ski Sales, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing a team of eight remote‑based Consultants, ensuring all enquiries are handled in a timely manner, protocols are followed, and margins are maximised. Alongside this, as a hands‑on sales professional, the Head of Ski Sales will also manage their own enquiries. This role offers a strong blend of sales, management, and leadership.

You Will Have

* Experience in the schools/educational travel market

* Previous experience in sales management and development

* Team management, leadership, and mentoring experience

* Strong commercial acumen

* The right cultural fit for working within a small business

* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

* A target‑driven, proactive, and resilient approach

* A genuine passion for travel and educational experiences

Additional Information

* £40,000-£50,000 per annum, plus commission

* Remote‑based within the UK

* 27 days' annual leave
