Job Description - Head of Social Enterprise

BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Head of Social Enterprise to join their client in North Tyneside on a permanent basis. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the growth and operational management of the organisation’s social enterprises.

Your Responsibilities include:

Driving growth and sustainability across the organisation’s social enterprises.
Seek and develop opportunities for income growth and operational efficiencies.
Produce and manage budgets.
Work with the finance team to track financial performance and forecasting.
Oversee day to day operations.
Liaise with Health and Safety to mitigate risks.

You will need:

Proven experience of managing social enterprises or purpose driven organisations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience of working in fast paced environments.
Relevant experience in business management and leadership.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
