Position Overview: This senior leadership role is responsible for procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance across BGA’s global network. The Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain will lead transformational improvements, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen supplier relationships, and support BGA’s continued growth in the automotive aftermarket.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy to support operational and commercial growth.
* Oversee procurement, supplier management, and cost optimisation across global markets.
* Manage demand planning, inventory, and material flow across the business.
* Drive efficiency in logistics, warehousing, and international distribution.
* Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and automotive industry standards.
* Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing supply chain team.
About You
* Senior supply chain leadership experience in automotive, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
* Strong background in procurement, logistics, forecasting, and supplier performance.
* Skilled in ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proactive leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
