A fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to take ownership of strategic growth within an ambitious electrical testing and compliance business. This is ideal for someone with an established network across Facilities Management, M&E and Building Services who can open doors with major accounts, develop long-term commercial partnerships and directly influence the future direction of the company. You'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, utilise your industry relationships and play a pivotal role in driving the business forward.

Our client is an established electrical compliance specialist providing testing, inspection and compliance services across the UK. Following significant growth, the business is investing in its commercial operation and looking for an industry expert who can help unlock larger accounts, identify new opportunities and strengthen its position within the market.

Your Role as Head of Strategy will include:
* Developing strategic commercial relationships
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Building partnerships with key industry decision-makers
* Shaping the company's commercial growth strategy
* Working directly with senior leadership

The successful Head of Strategy will have:
* Background within FM, M&E or Building Services
* Established network of industry contacts
* Proven experience securing major accounts
* Senior commercial or business development experience
* Ability to influence senior decision-makers
