Head of Supply Chain - Fast-Growing Health & Beauty Business

This role will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the business. Our client is a fast-growing business, with global backing. The successful candidate will have end to end Supply Chain experience in a leadership role across international logistics, demand planning and supply planning.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, including demand planning, supply planning, and international logistics.
• Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency in the supply chain.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborating with other departments to integrate supply chain with business systems and processes.
• Analysing performance data to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes.
• Identifying potential issues within the supply chain and implementing solutions.

Profile

The successful candidate would have:

• Experience in managing end to end supply chains within the FMCG industry and leading a team.
• Experience across international logistics, demand planning, and supply planning.
• Beauty experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
