This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing food manufacturing business, taking responsibility for technical operations across the UK, with a primary focus on their Kent manufacturing facility. This is a high-profile, multi-site leadership position where you'll work closely with the senior leadership team to drive technical excellence, improve standards and develop high-performing teams. As Head of Technical, you'll have the autonomy to shape technical strategy, implement best practices and ensure the highest standards of food safety, compliance and quality are maintained across the business.
