Our client, a leading independent insurance broker, is searching for a strategic and people-centric leader to join them as their Head of Trade Credit Insurance. A fourth-generation family-firm have a presence across the British Isles and headquartered in Bradford.

As Head of Trade Credit, you will provide exemplary leadership and direction to the Trade Credit team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for growth, performance management, development of the team, and ensuring a cohesive and collaborative team across 3 offices. Key to the success of this role will be forging strong relationships with other departments and stakeholders.

Working closely with the Group Board, and reporting to the CEO, you will develop and execute the strategic plans to grow the division in line with Group objectives. You will have a natural flair for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, enhancing the department and analysing market trends and competitor activity to drive product and service innovation.

Your passion for customer excellence and business development will inspire the team and create success by driving loyalty and retention. With a keen eye and focus on profitability, you will seek to streamline operations and maximise the use of Group systems.
