A successful Head of Transport Solutions Development should have:

Proven expertise in transport and distribution solutions design within the logistics sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in developing and implementing cost-effective transport solutions.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Experience using Paragon or similar transport tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Offer

Salary of £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Company Car or £7,000 car allowance.
15% bonus.
Permanent position based preferably in the Northwest, West Midlands or East midlands.
