Following rapid inorganic expansion, they are searching for a dynamic Head of Treasury to join our ranks. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual to spearhead the transformation and elevation of our treasury operations, playing a pivotal role in driving value in our fast-paced, acquisition-driven landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage cash flow across the group, implementing strategies to optimize liquidity and support operational needs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring seamless banking operations and services.
Execute FX hedging strategies to mitigate currency risks and safeguard financial performance.
Lead the implementation of rigorous payments processes to enhance efficiency and control.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track treasury performance and effectiveness.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Accounts Payable team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes across the business, driving operational efficiency.
Implement comprehensive credit control measures to manage credit risk and optimize cash collection.
Collaborate closely with the Group FC and CFO on ad hoc tasks, providing treasury insights and support for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or Treasury Qualification.
Extensive experience in cash management and treasury operations.
Proficiency in FX hedging techniques and strategies.
Prior experience in a Treasury or Financial Operations role, preferably within a dynamic and acquisitive environment.
Strong relationship management skills, with a proven track record of managing external banking relationships.
Ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change.
