Scaffolding Sales Manager - Sevenoaks Area - Up To £70,000 + Bonus + Car

If the answers are yes, we are hiring for an experienced Scaffolding Sales Manager to join a growing UK operation. This is a strategic sales role focused on developing new business, strengthening key customer relationships and driving revenue growth across the region.

WHAT YOU NEED

Proven sales experience within the scaffolding sector and Strong technical scaffolding knowledge

Strong understanding of scaffolding contracting, access solutions or related services

Demonstrable track record of winning new business and managing key accounts

Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills

Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels

Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Day To Day

Develop new scaffolding business opportunities across the region

Help to grow out a sales team under you in due course

Build and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial clients and project stakeholders

Identify project opportunities and convert them into long-term revenue streams

Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts

Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery

Provide market intelligence and support future growth strategies

Act as a key ambassador for the business within the scaffolding and access market
