Are you a senior Wills & Probate specialist ready to take the next step in your career? The Role:
As the Head of Wills & Probate, you will:

* Lead and develop the Private Client department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Oversee a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Tax Planning, Trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection work.
* Drive business development initiatives and build strong client relationships to grow the department.
* Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
* Work closely with senior management to contribute to strategic growth plans.

The Ideal Candidate:

* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE in Wills & Probate.
* Strong experience in handling a full range of private client matters, including complex estates and tax planning.
* Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing a team.
* Ambitious and commercially minded - keen to contribute to the firm's growth and success.
* A strong presence in the North Yorkshire market, with established client and professional connections.
