The Role

As Head of Year, you will be responsible for the pastoral care, behavior management, and academic progress of a specific year group. You will work closely with staff, students, and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment, ensuring that every student reaches their full potential. This position is open to teachers of any subject specialism, who are committed to making a difference in young people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage a year group, fostering a positive school culture
? Monitor and support students' academic progress and well-being
? Work closely with tutors, teachers, and senior leaders to implement pastoral strategies
? Promote high expectations of behavior, attendance, and achievement
? Provide support and guidance to students, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
