Head Registered Veterinary Nurse

We are recruiting a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse for this outstanding new practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RVN ready to lead a highly skilled nursing team while helping to shape the culture and clinical standards of a brand-new hospital.

The Role

As Head RVN, you will:

• Lead and mentor the nursing team.
• Ensure the highest clinical and patient care standards.
• Support the development of Schedule 3 nursing.
• Coordinate nurse training and professional development.
• Work closely with the veterinary and management teams.
• Promote a positive, supportive workplace culture.

Requirements

• RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse.
• Previous leadership or senior nursing experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Commitment to clinical excellence.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary from £42,000 (depending on experience)
• Annual salary review
• Monthly performance recognition payment
• £2,000 relocation allowance

• £1,500 Golden Thank You after 18 months
