Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter at Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal in London. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, managing the food and beverage service, and ensuring the smooth running of the dining experience. They will also be responsible for supervising and training the waitstaff, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.QualificationsCustomer Service and Communication skillsExperience in Food & Beverage and Food ServiceMust have fine dining experience Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredientsExcellent leadership and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to multitaskCertification in food safety and sanitationPrior experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role
