Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter at Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal in London. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, managing the food and beverage service, and ensuring the smooth running of the dining experience. They will also be responsible for supervising and training the waitstaff, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
Must have fine dining experience
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Certification in food safety and sanitation
Prior experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role
