We are looking for a talented and passionate

Full-time Head Waiter/Waitress

to join the

Connaught Grill

team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Under the direction of internationally renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the intimate 46 seat Connaught Grill is his modern interpretation of a classic grill with an open kitchen complete with wood burning grill and rotisserie offering the finest British sourced produce, and a menu which includes ingredients from langoustines to Dover sole to English game and Wagyu beef. The restaurant offers an exceptional wine list drawn from The Connaught wine cellar, offering some of the greatest producers in the world.

Responsibilities:

As a Full-time Head Waiter/Waitress

you will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to interact with guests and clients to ensure a fantastic experience of the Jean-Georges Restaurant; ensuring a service experience that is personal to each of our guests and represents this award-winning restaurant.

Skills and experience:

You will be passionate about people and in joining a team committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests.
Ideally you will have previous experience within a similar role, and a working knowledge of service journey and food and beverage would be beneficial.
