Need a proper Head Mechanic to run our electric mopeds workshop. Not a clock-watcher — a manager who takes the job home: checks schedules mornings/evenings, plans ahead, first in/last out. Labourers work 9-6; you make it happen anytime business needs it. Mostly office/garage-based — manage/execute repairs there, only customer sites sometimes when essential.

Your Jobs:

Fix electric mopeds/bikes: diagnostics, batteries, motors, GPS fits.

Own the diary: Review jobs, prioritize, keep us on track.

Lead juniors: Assign work, train, quality check everything.

Manage parts/logs/safety/inventory.

Must Haves:

5+ years scooter/motorcycle or car/van/EV repairs.

Proactive beast: Lives the role, no hand-holding.

Talks straight to staff/customers.

London-based, UK right to work.

EV experience? Bonus. NVQ? Good. Past workshop lead? Perfect.
