The school specialises in supporting pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and complex needs. The school is currently undergoing a significant redevelopment, transforming its facilities and learning environment to better serve its dedicated community. Key qualities we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven leadership experience within SEN settings, particularly SLD and complex needs.
• A clear vision for inclusive, therapeutic education.
• Knowledge of trauma-inforced practice, sensory integration, Makaton or BSL etc.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative school culture.
• An enhanced DBS certificate
