Health & Safety Administrator

An established company are currently looking for a Health & Safety Administrator to join their vibrant team. The Health & Safety Administrator role involves working in conjunction with the H&S Manager collating company H&S documentation and liaising with the wider team.

• Salary: £27,000

Health & Safety Administrator responsibilities:

• Ensuring Contract Managers are compliant in relevant Health & Safety training
• Collating H&S documentation and risk assessments ensuring in date
• Arranging annual fleet insurance, processing fines, and arranging repairs
• Assisting with small and large projects
• Answering incoming calls and directing as appropriate
• Dealing with customer queries, updating information
• Assisting the Surveyors and Contract Managers as required
• Carrying out ad hoc administrative duties such as typing up invoices, scanning and uploading documents, ordering materials
• Updating in-house spreadsheets

Health & Safety Administrator skills/competencies:

• H&S experience required / or similar background
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A confident communicator, both spoken and written with the ability to relate to a wide variety of people
