Location: Droitwich 
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000  DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Administrator to join a well-established and expanding organisation based in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail oriented administrator with experience supporting health, safety and compliance processes.

Working closely with operational teams and management, you will play a key role in maintaining company compliance, supporting ISO standards, and ensuring all documentation and records are accurately managed.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update Health & Safety documentation, records, and databases

Assist with compliance relating to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

Support the completion of risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation

Assist with internal audits and compliance checks

Ensure company policies and procedures remain up to date

Manage supplier and subcontractor compliance information

Produce reports and administrative documentation for management

General administrative support to the Health & Safety and Operational teams

Candidate Requirements

Previous administration experience within a Health & Safety, Quality, Compliance, Construction environment 

Strong understanding of compliance documentation and record management

Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards would be highly advantageous

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
