Health and Safety Advisor

We are seeking a diligent Health and Safety Advisor who will focus on enhancing the Health, Safety and environmental aspects of our operations in Sutton Coldfield.

Description

• Overseeing and managing all Health, Safety and environmental responsibilities at the site.
• Implementing and maintaining Health and Safety standards in line with regulations and company policy.
• Regularly conducting risk assessments and audits.
• Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture within the team.
• Investigating any incidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Providing Health and Safety training to staff members.
• Maintaining Health and Safety documentation and records.

Profile

A successful Health and Safety Specialist should have:

• NEBOSH qualified
• Expertise in safety, health, and environmental management.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and audits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach towards enhancing QSHE standards.
