Are you a motivated Health & Safety professional looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you can take ownership of daily H&S practices, drive improvements, and grow your skills in a supportive team?

This key role involves implementing safety initiatives, managing compliance, carrying out inspections, and shaping practical safety and environmental practices, with full training provided for environmental standards.

This global manufacturer is known for high-quality products, strong employee satisfaction, and low staff turnover, and with recent growth, they are seeking a proactive HSE Advisor to join the team.

You'll manage compliance, oversee safety systems, conduct on-site inspections, and support construction safety as needed, with the autonomy to take ownership of H&S processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

This role suits a motivated HSE professional who enjoys manufacturing and wants a long-term opportunity where they can make the role their own.

The Role:

• Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor for a manufacturing facility
• Monday to Thursday 8:15am to 4:45pm, Friday 8:15am to 3pm
• Private healthcare and life assurance included
• Some travel required within the UK

The Candidate:

• NEBOSH
• Health & Safety experience in manufacturing
• Full driving licence
