Health and Safety / CDM Consultant

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety / CDM Consultant to join a Stafford-based consultancy on a full-time hybrid basis, to help with the management of existing projects and support continued company growth.

The role offers a competitive benefits package including salary up to £39,000 per year, a hybrid working model, and lots of other perks.

As the Health and Safety / CDM Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• supporting clients with CDM-related requirements.
• Conducting risk assessments
• Maintaining strong communication and partnerships with clients for effective safety practices.
• Developing and promoting occupational health initiatives.

The Health and Safety / CDM Consultant will have the following skills and attributes:

• Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstratable experience in Construction Health and Safety with an understanding of CDM ( Construction Design and Management) regulations.
• NEBOSH qualified and Fire Risk Assessment trained.
• P402 Asbestos training is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
• Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle.

You will be working from various locations in and around the Staffordshire area and from home. Travel to client sites will be required and nights away may occasionally be needed.
