This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established FMCG business as a Health & Safety Coordinator, working within a highly experienced team where development and responsibility go hand in hand from day one.

The Role:

You will be part of a dedicated Health & Safety team of four, working closely with a very experienced HSE Manager who will provide guidance, support, and mentorship. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills, gain exposure to a fast-paced FMCG environment, and take on real responsibility in driving improvements. Longer term, there are excellent progression opportunities for those looking to advance their career in Health & Safety.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Supporting the implementation and development of Health & Safety initiatives across the site
• Helping to drive cultural change and ensuring best practices are embedded in daily operations
• Engaging with teams at all levels, fostering a positive approach to Health & Safety
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• NEBOSH Certificate is essential
• Some experience already within a Health & Safety Coordinator, Advisor, or Administrator role
• Manufacturing experience is required, with FMCG being the preferred background
• A people-centric approach with the ability to inspire and influence others
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to driving positive change
