I’m excited to be on the look-out for a
HSE Support . My client is looking for a superstar who will be providing an outstanding support to the HSE Manager by ensuring the smooth implementation of safety management systems on construction projects.
It is a crucial role with meaning, so you’ll be making a real difference and working on exciting projects with market leading companies. You’ll provide quality and efficient administrative support.

Day-to-day:
Complete and maintain all relevant paperwork on the client’s site.
Comply and follow directions given by the HSE Manager to ensure compliance.
Collaborate closely with the HSE Manager to facilitate the efficient and safe operation of the project.
Supervise and uphold Hunter Safety Management Systems, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Actively promote a safety-oriented culture throughout the site.
Familiarise yourself with the full range of services offered by the company and demonstrate enthusiasm for company’s values to support the acquisition of new projects.
Share your expertise and knowledge with other team members to enhance overall effectiveness.
Provide assistance to internal business functions and processes as needed.
What do I need from you?
Strong understanding and previous experience in an administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clearly communicate across all platforms and able to speak to anyone at all levels.
Able to react quickly and operate in a changing environment.
Experience in using Microsoft Office
Willing to work away from home (UK and Europe)
Proven experience of juggling multiple priorities, solving problems and staying cool under pressure.
Bonus points:
Previous experience in health and safety or construction/ contractor role.
NEBOSH General certificate achieved or working towards
Good understanding of CDM 2015, Work at Height, Manual Handling, Welfare.
