Health and Safety Manager

Location: North-west (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £60,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance

Are you a passionate Health & Safety professional ready for a new challenge? Our client, a leading residential house builder, is seeking a Regional SHE Manager to oversee all Health & Safety and designated Environmental aspects across the north-west region

This is a critical role where you'll provide holistic SHE guidance, ensure statutory compliance, and drive a positive safety culture through advice, audits, and training. You'll be responsible for overseeing SHE policy effectiveness, leading incident investigations, and collaborating closely with regional teams to embed best practices.

• A relevant SHE qualification and significant experience in the residential house-building sector.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cultural change.
• In-depth knowledge of H&S legislation and construction processes.
