Location: Milton Keynes (covering national)

Remuneration: £70,000neg + £5,000 discretionary bonus

The role of the Health & Safety Manager – Roofing & Facades will involve:

* Health & Safety Manager position working on various roofing and façade projects

* Work across the wider group of three businesses

* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation while driving continuous improvement in systems, policies, and performance

* Conduct site audits, monitor KPIs, and lead investigations to ensure effective incident management and corrective actions

* Promote a positive Health & Safety culture through engagement, training, and collaboration with employees, clients, and subcontractors

* Working across projects that range in value between £10k to £1.5m

The ideal applicant will be a Health & Safety Manager – Roofing & Facades industry with:

* Must have experience as a Health & Safety Manager within construction

* Ideally have experience within roofing and/or cladding

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* Full UK driving license

* Confident and articulate

* Ability to plan and organise deliverables
