An exciting opportunity has arisen for aHealth & Safety Manager to join a rapidly growing renewable energy contractor, delivering large-scale energy efficiency solutions across residential and public sector buildings. You'll play a key part in shaping and leading the HSE function within a business committed to building a sustainable, energy-efficient future. As health and safety manager you'll lead the development and implementation of the company's HSE strategy, ensuring full compliance with UK regulations and ISO standards. You'll work closely with project and site teams to embed a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility across diverse installation projects, including solar, ventilation, and insulation. Your Role as a Health & Safety Manager Will Include:

- Assist site team with safety planning for renewable energy installations.
- Leading by example to promote a strong health and safety culture across all sites.
- Required to be on site/office as and when required.

As a Health & Safety Manager, You Will Have:

- H&S leadership experience in construction, engineering.
- Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety Legislation.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
