Are you passionate about creating a safe and compliant working environment? We are recruiting for a dynamic Health & Safety Officer to take ownership of H&S across a busy operational site in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role reporting directly to the Managing Director, where you will lead Health & Safety initiatives and support facilities management. The role is office based, with flexible working hours and the chance to shape a proactive safety culture.

• Advising on H&S best practices and legal compliance

• Conducting inspections and managing safety systems

• Leading emergency procedures and first aid duties

• Liaising with contractors and coordinating facilities maintenance

• Ensuring workplace compliance with LOLER, COSHH, and other regulations

• Experience in Health and safety within a manufacturing, food or FMCG setting

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Qualification

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of H&S legislation and facilities
