We are looking to bring in a Health and Safety Supervisor for the solar farm project. I’ve attached a detailed job description, but I wanted to highlight the core requirements for the search.

The ideal candidate must hold a NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum and have a proven track record on live construction sites (ideally solar or large-scale renewables).

Crucially, we need someone who is meticulous with paperwork. We are looking for an individual who will take full ownership of the site safety file, ensuring 100% compliance with RAMS sign-offs and daily digital auditing via Procore. We cannot afford any gaps in the administrative record, so attention to detail is the top priority for this hire.

Please note the site working hours, which will need to be made clear to any potential candidates:

* Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 18:00

* Saturday: 07:30 – 13:00
