Job Description - Health and Social Care Learning Coach - Level 3 Adult Care
Our client, a leading provider in the UK education sector, is seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Learning Coach to join their team in Doncaster. Our client delivers innovative learning solutions through experienced trainers, cutting-edge technology, and a supportive cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching learners at their workplaces, including working with renowned names in the Health and Social Care industry Guiding learners on the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to achieve their apprenticeship standards Supporting learners through their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they meet targeted milestones Delivering engaging training sessions and creating a positive learning environment Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and providing feedback Collaborating with other trainers and professionals to enhance training programmes
Job Requirements:
Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or higher Extensive and current vocational experience in a Health and Social Care setting Experience in a senior care role, with expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care Strong communication skills and self-motivation Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Experience in high-demand environments, meeting targets and tight deadlines
Desirable:
Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification Experience in the work-based learning (WBL) or education environment
