In this full-time role, you will:

• Instruction & Attainment: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Health and Social Care to students studying vocational routes at Key Stage 4 (GCSE/Vocational) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level/BTEC).


• Curriculum Expertise: Confidently teach core content including human development, communication, health promotion, and the ethical/legal frameworks of the sector.


• Vocational Guidance: Guide students thoroughly through coursework, practical skills development, and external examination preparation for relevant BTEC/Cambridge Technical qualifications.


• Ethical Integration: Model and integrate the school's Christian values of compassion, respect, and service into lessons, linking theoretical knowledge to professional care standards.


• Collaboration: Contribute actively to the wider faculty, assisting with any relevant community service projects or work experience opportunities.
