Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Health and Social Care at KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (BTEC).


• Support students in their academic progress, offering tailored feedback and guidance to help them succeed.


• Contribute to the planning and development of the Health and Social Care curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.


• Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.


• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the school.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Health and Social Care, or a related field.


• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.


• Experience teaching Health and Social Care at KS4 and KS5.


• Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to inspiring students.


• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
