We are currently seeking a reliable, committed and enthusiastic Health & Social Care Educator to join a welcoming secondary school in the TF11 area on a long-term basis.

The school is looking for either a qualified teacher or an experienced unqualified educator with a strong understanding of the Health & Social Care curriculum and experience teaching students up to Key Stage 4.

The ideal candidate will:
Have experience teaching Health & Social Care within a secondary school setting

Have experience teaching students up to KS4

Have a good understanding of the Health & Social Care curriculum

Be confident delivering engaging and well-structured lessons

Have strong classroom management skills

Be able to build positive relationships with secondary-age students

Be reliable, committed and consistent

Be passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential

Work effectively as part of a wider school team

Hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to undergo the required checks

The Role
The successful candidate will join the secondary school on a long-term basis, delivering Health & Social Care lessons across KS3 and KS4.

You will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment, supporting student progress and ensuring students develop a strong understanding of the Health & Social Care curriculum.

Both qualified and unqualified educators will be considered, provided they have relevant experience and a strong subject knowledge.
