Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Health and Social Care to GCSE and A-Level students, ensuring engaging and challenging lessons.


• Support students' academic progress through feedback, assessments, and guidance.


• Contribute to curriculum development, bringing innovative ideas to the department.


• Lead and manage initiatives within the Health and Social Care department (potential for TLR).


• Foster a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Health and Social Care, or a related subject.


• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (PGCE).


• Experience teaching Health and Social Care at GCSE and A-Level is preferred.


• A passion for educating and inspiring students in the field of Health and Social Care.


• Leadership potential and willingness to take on additional responsibilities within the department.
