About the Role:

• Teach Health & Social Care across Key Stages 4 and 5, potentially Key Stage 3.


• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.


• Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including case studies, role-play, and guest speakers.


• Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback.


• Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation.


• Foster a passion for Health & Social Care in students.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues.


• Participate in professional development opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or equivalent.


• Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Health & Social Care.


• Demonstrates a passion for teaching Health & Social Care.


• Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.


• Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
