Health and social teacher

Teaching Tomorrow is working with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Northampton that is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Health and Social teacher on a permanent basis.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Health and Social Studies lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons
• Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress
• Preparing students for GCSE and/or A-Level examinations
• Working collaboratively with the department and wider school team
• Contributing to the wider school community and enrichment opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their potential
• Ability to inspire, challenge, and motivate learners
• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
