What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
• Support service users to stay connected with their interests and community.
• Follow tailored care plans and report any changes in service users’ needs to management.
• Work alongside families, care teams, and health professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain accurate care records and promptly raise any concerns about health or wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Driving Licence: Full valid licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
• Experience: Prior care experience is welcomed but not essential — we value a willingness to learn and grow. Support is provided to work towards an RQF qualification in Social Care.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a solid understanding of person-centred care.
• Personality: Reliable, compassionate, and committed to making a difference.
