- Assist with personal care (e.g., getting up, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing, toileting)
- Ensure preparation, cooking, and serving of food meets required standards
- Support with mobility and physical disabilities, including incontinence management and use of aids.
- Prompt and administer medication, maintaining accurate records
- Comply with all Risk Assessments in the Care Plan folder
- Observe and report changes in physical or mental conditions to the line manager
- Complete daily reports and place in Care Plan folder
- Respect privacy, dignity, and rights of service users
- Maintain confidentiality of information relating to service users and their families
- Full and valid UK driving licence
- Access to a car for work purposes
- Excellent level of English
- Commitment to providing high-quality care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or relevant experience in health care sector
