Health, Safety and Carbon Reduction Officer

About the Role
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety and Carbon Reduction Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery team of Construction Projects and Property Maintenance by ensuring Health & Safety at Work Act compliance of ongoing activities in construction, development and property investment sectors, through a process of planning, pre-qualification, audit, training, and continual review, documented/records kept, all whilst maintaining a competitive edge both on our construction sites and our properties, ensuring an industry recognised SSIP accreditation is maintained.
Another objective of the role is to co-ordinate the reduction of our carbon impact through environmentally considerate operations, ensuring compliance and promoting initiatives across our activities.
The successful candidate must be a good communicator, highly motivated and well organised.
All applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK, and have a full, clean Driving Licence.
