As a Health Safety & Environmental Lead, your responsibilities will include:

Lead and maintain the site's health, safety and environmental management system
Ensure compliance with UK H&S and environmental legislation
Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions
Deliver H&S inductions, toolbox talks and training programmes
Coordinate emergency preparedness, including fire safety and evacuation drills
Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives across the site
As a Health Safety & Environmental Lead, your experience will include:

NEBOSH or IOSH General Certificate
Relevant experience in a H&S role within manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation and risk assessment methodologies
Experience investigating incidents and delivering H&S training
Working knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001
