Health, Safety, and Quality Advisor

I'm working with a growing building services contractor delivering M&E projects across commercial and public sector environments. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Health, Safety & Quality Advisor to join their team.
Based in Bolton with regular travel to sites, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the business, supporting operational teams and helping drive high standards across health & safety and quality. Offering £40,000 - £50,000, the role provides genuine development and progression within an expanding organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Carry out site inspections, audits and quality assurance checks
* Advise project teams on H&S compliance and best practice
* Review RAMS and support compliance across projects
* Assist with accident, incident and near-miss investigations
* Monitor training, PPE, plant and occupational health compliance
* Produce reports and track corrective actions through to completion
* Support ISO management systems, including internal ISO 9001 audits
* Review quality documentation, handover records and snagging items
* Identify non-conformances and drive continual improvement initiatives

What They're Looking For

* Experience in health & safety, quality, construction, building services or a similar environment
* Knowledge of ISO management systems would be advantageous
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive and able to work independently
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
