Job Description: Join Our Team: Health Software Project Manager. Full time/Flexi. Hybrid/Remote.

Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling journey with a pioneering startup dedicated to transforming women's healthcare? At our women's health/fem tech company, we're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join us as a Project Manager.

In this key management role, you will support, facilitate and monitor progress of specific workstream projects and coordinate staff across a number of domains. Specifically, you will work with the Project Workstream Leads across the core areas of the project - Research, Compliance, and Product Development - to ensure successful delivery against project milestones and budget.

You will play an important role in liaising with senior stakeholders and managing external and internal relationships to support project delivery and ensure alignment of key technical outputs.

Responsibilities: As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project.

Your key responsibilities will include: Project Management: Work closely with workstream leads, Adora contractors, stakeholders and customers to deliver to project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Coordinate efforts across multiple work streams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.

Support workstream leads in breaking down complex projects into manageable components.

Documentation: Maintain and update the documentation required to manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and progress.

Both to ensure a thorough understanding of the project and also to help communicate to stakeholders.

Timeline Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, identifying critical paths, dependencies and key milestones.

Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or delays and implement strategies to mitigate risks and keep the project on track.

Establish efficient processes to effectively monitor progress and address the impact of any delays.

Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocations to ensure optimal use of funds.

Collaborate with the finance and procurement team to manage vendor contracts and negotiate pricing to achieve cost efficiencies.

Stakeholder Communication and Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize the impact on project timelines and outcomes.

Implement effective risk management strategies (e.g.

risk ratings) to ensure project success in a complex and dynamic environment.

Responsible for tracking and facilitating the path to commercial success for the product, including mapping benefits for system stakeholders, with the support of workstream leads and advisors.

Understand the procurement stages, requirements for scaling up the product.

Project Manage information governance and compliance: ensure compliance with required standards and policies for delivery of projects in the NHS, supporting teams with submissions of documentation where this is required.

Requirements (non-essential): We value individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage budgets while being able to grow with the business into a leadership role.

Experience in one of the following would be welcomed but is not essential.

NHS programme or project management experience (e.g.

Health Innovation Network (HIN/AHSN), CSU, NIHR RDS, NIHR CRN, NHS England etc.).

Such experience would be beneficial as you would understand the need to balance the sometimes competing objectives of the private sector and public sector.

Public Sector Project Management or other relevant sectors (e.g.

higher education, large charity) would be an asset, as would understanding the layers of decision making within the NHS and the types of social, health and economic benefits valued by the public sector.

Requirements (essential):

3+ years project and/or programme management experience, working across multiple projects

A relevant qualification or willingness to obtain one (e.g Agile, PMQ, Prince2, MSP) Confident in using different software packages and tools for successful project management

Ability to communicate confidently, including complex and sensitive information to a variety of stakeholders Experience of motivating teams to encourage collaborative working

Experience of remote project management and working

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including working to support other members of the team when capacity is stretched.

Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality at all times Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet tight deadlines Strong influencing skills Strong analytical/ problem solving background to interpret complex facts and data

Ability to make judgements where there are conflicting views on the project and work collaboratively to bring about agreed solutions

Good negotiation and communication skills Commercially aware / interested in business development

Interest in the health sector Good time management skills, and a strong ability to prioritise work Ability to maintain project reporting and monitoring systems Ability to adapt, e.g.

project plans if targets are not met, adjusting plans, strategies and programmes as necessary in agreement with stakeholders and project leads Willingness to support other areas of work as required, such as administrative tasks, budget reviews and organising team meetings and company events

Our organization follows a remote working structure where employees and consultants can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on the demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences.

Working from the office is encouraged for tasks that require a high degree of collaboration or to attend regular team meetings. Because of this you will need to be able to commute to our Glasgow City Centre office.
