What the Service is Looking For
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
Experience working in a care environment (essential)
A caring, attentive, and empathetic nature
Ability to work day or night shifts (full-time or part-time)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver personal care in a respectful, person-centred way
Support residents with daily living, mobility, and emotional wellbeing
Monitor and report changes in physical or mental health
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Work as part of a collaborative care team, including nursing staff
Maintain clear and accurate care documentation
Encourage independence, dignity, and engagement in daily life
