What the Service is Looking For

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care

  • Experience working in a care environment (essential)

  • A caring, attentive, and empathetic nature

  • Ability to work day or night shifts (full-time or part-time)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care in a respectful, person-centred way

  • Monitor and report changes in physical or mental health

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

  • Work as part of a collaborative care team, including nursing staff

  • Maintain clear and accurate care documentation

  • Encourage independence, dignity, and engagement in daily life
