Job Description - Healthcare Assistant

Healthcare Assistant – £12.60 per hour | Day or Night Shifts Available

Our client is looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistants to join their dedicated team working day or night shifts in an elegant, beautifully designed care home surrounded by stunning gardens.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with kindness, patience, and respect. Whether you're helping someone start their day or offering care and reassurance through the night, your support will make a real difference.

What the Service is Looking For

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care

  • Previous experience in a care setting (essential)

  • A kind, respectful and professional attitude

  • Ability to work full-time or part-time on day or night shifts

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a warm, caring environment
